All the materials in the Birth Mama and Baby Care sections are based on guidelines from medical societies like the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and the American Academy of Pediatrics. 

• The Birth Mama Recovery content has been additionally reviewed by a current practicing OB/Gyn and a current practicing licensed Mental Health therapist. 
• The Baby Care Overview content has been additionally reviewed by a current practicing Neonatologist, a Registered Nurse with experience in postpartum care, and a Certified Sleep Consultant. 

The format of the course will include:

• 1 hour virtual session where we’ll discuss tips for lining up support that works for you and the expecting parents, highlights from Birth Mama recovery and Baby Care sections, and how to access the full course content on My Popins portal. You will have the opportunity to meet others and share your stories.
• Access to full course content on the My Popins. You can dive deep into topics that are most relevant to you, on your time, through videos, notes and downloadable handouts. 
• Access to content will be open for 6 months, so you can go back and watch something again when it makes sense to do so. For example, if the birth mom was planning to have a vaginal delivery but ends up needing a C-Section, you can pop-in to look at the C-Section recovery lesson.
